Welcome to Anahata Yoga.
Yoga From the Heart. Yoga From Inside Out.
Namaste!

In Anahata yoga we believe that everybody is the master of himself.
If the inner space is quiet, the body blooms in beauty, elasticity and
happiness. That’s why we call it ‘Yoga from Inside Out’.
Yoga From the Heart.
In every class the students explore asanas and practice breathing
from inside out, following the profound tradition of Master Swami
Satyananda from the Sivananda Lineage.

The classes are designed for all ages and levels, and every student
is able to follow a class focusing in the inner work, breathing and
active meditation. Each class is filled with a perfect balance of
stretching and relaxing.
In Anahata Yoga, the student can easily adjust to the pose in
a way that will prevent injuries and restore the whole self.
Cynthia Zak Preuss, Director of Anahata Yoga, creates a
unique method that combines music with yoga, where the students
of all ages explore inner rhythms, sounds and vibrations that enrich
the experience and help the body in a deep way.
In Anahata Yoga you will find a class to work and shape
the body, calm and organize your mind, find the inner teacher,
explore your limits and reach a connection within yourself!
