About Cynthia Zak Preuss
Cynthia Zak Preuss is currently working as a director of Anahata Yoga, Yoga from the Heart. Yoga from inside out.
Responsible to teach and transmit the essence of Hata Yoga to all students from different levels and ages. The classes are suitable for children and adult to discover, explore and bring out their own inner teacher in a fun and non stressful way.
Her professional experience in Yoga start 20 years ago studying with the Master Teacher Swami Digabaranda Sarawasti (Danilo Hernandez) in Madrid Spain from 1989 to 1992.
With him she learn, study and practice all the techniques of the school of Sivananda Yoga and Hata Yoga. She continue with Yoga for the last 15 years taking classes and seminars all over Latin America and in US with teachers as Sonia Coussolo from Indra Devi School of Yoga in Argentina, Yogi Hari in his ashram of Miramar, Miami, in Synergy of Miami Beach and intensive teacher training with Swamijji where she gets certified as a Yoga Teacher.
Also she has a long experience in teaching music, which she includes in her classes making an integral experience for the children and adults.
She is a certified teacher with the great Yoga Master Swami Brahmavidyananda in his ashram Satyananda Yoga, Institute for Holistic Yoga in Miami with 500 hours including yoga therapy.
The certification with Swamijji is with the International Yoga Federation.
She is also fully insured to practice yoga around US.
Actually she is giving Yoga and music classes in different locations.
